Steve Turley is heading up the Shoal Marker Osprey Excluder project to prevent Osprey from trying to use lit channel markers on Lake Norman as nesting sites. 

This project will include design and manufacture of excluders that will be mounted to the top of channel and shoal markers preventing Osprey from nesting on the markers. The excluders will aid boaters by preventing Osprey nesting material from obstructing view of the markers.
